Straten signs pledge to the Kill the Death Tax

The American Family Business Institute is dedicated to the permanent repeal of the Death Tax. Straten signed their pledge of support. Under current law, the death tax was repealed for one year. However, on January 1st, 2011 the tax will return to a rate of 55%. The Death Tax simply is a way for government to control small bussiness, personal property, and investments.
